Repayment policy
14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation must be returned within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The message must be given by email at contactellensshop@nosea-consulting.com. In the message, make clear us clearly that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties of the item and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You have to try the item, but not take it in actual use.

What paper are the posters printed on?
It varies greatly depending on which poster was purchased.
But there will always be a product description from the supplier in the description that explains in more detail.
How do you make the posters?
